Koromantyn Tops the ReverbNation National Charts
In my post called Etana Moves into #1 Spot on ReverbNation National Charts, I talked at length about the possibility of signed artists dominating the ReverbNation Charts because of their access to more resources and an established offline fan base. I still believe its possible, however the last few weeks have taught me something about the new paradigm or approach to music called Music 2.0. Its all about the work you put in. The playing field has definitely leveled somewhat.
I say this, because at that point in time I thought that it would take me two-three (2-3) months to take the top spot. So much for that, more like WEEKS! My growth rate skyrocketed from an average of about 50 to 85 points per day within the last week or so.
It's obvious that I couldn't have done this by myself. As such, I would like to thank all the fans, friends, Street Team members, and all the other people who have been listening to my music and visiting my ReverbNation profile for their support. The fact that my band was featured on ReverbNation last week also contributed greatly to my accession to the top of the charts.

I just thought I'd bring some attention to the fact that I am one (1) of the ten (10) Featured Artists of the Week on ReverbNation! Each week, 10 Featured Artists are picked and 3 rotate every few minutes on ReverbNation's Home Page all week long. This is a major achievement as I only started promoting my band again in late January. I want to say thanks to all my fans for their support, especially those on MySpace, Facebook and ReverbNation. I would also like to make special mention of my ReverbNation Street Team and the people who have joined my Facebook Cause and Facebook Page. Last but certainly not least, all those people who have been hitting this blog and Reverbnation Profile.
