Koromantyn Tops the ReverbNation National Charts
In my post called Etana Moves into #1 Spot on ReverbNation National Charts, I talked at length about the possibility of signed artists dominating the ReverbNation Charts because of their access to more resources and an established offline fan base. I still believe its possible, however the last few weeks have taught me something about the new paradigm or approach to music called Music 2.0. Its all about the work you put in. The playing field has definitely leveled somewhat.
I say this, because at that point in time I thought that it would take me two-three (2-3) months to take the top spot. So much for that, more like WEEKS! My growth rate skyrocketed fromĀ an average of about 50 to 85 points per day within the last week or so.
It's obvious that I couldn't have done this by myself. As such, I would like to thank all the fans, friends, Street Team members, and all the other people who have been listening to my music and visiting my ReverbNation profile for their support. The fact that my band was featured on ReverbNation last week also contributed greatly to my accession to the top of the charts.
